Choose and order the Products
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained on the Site. The Customer must add the Product to the "Cart" and, after having read the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, will have to enter the shipping and billing data, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.With the order confirmation, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these transcribed General and Payment Conditions.

The contract stipulated between Sette ettari and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by SETTE ETTARI. This acceptance is communicated to the Customer through an email confirming the order.

If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Italian legislation on distance contracts.

Product Information
The visual representation of the products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description sheet. It is understood that the image of the products themselves has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color and size. In the event of a difference between the image and the written product sheet, the description of the product sheet always prevails.

Prices
There is no minimum order to proceed with the purchase of the products. Their prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties and are expressed in Euros.

Shipping to Italy
Shipping is free for orders over €. 100.00; for lower amounts the cost of shipping is €. 9.90.

Shipments abroad
Shipping is free for orders over €. 200.00; for lower amounts the cost of shipping is €. 29.00 for intra-EU deliveries and €. 39.00 for deliveries outside the EU.

Terms of payment
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

To ensure maximum security, the Customer will carry out the payment transaction directly on the bank's secure server.

The Site does not store the Customer's credit card number, but, thanks to the secure communication system of the reference bank, from the second  expense, the Customer can proceed with the purchase without re-entering his data. The reference credit institution uses the SSL protocol to encrypt the data transmitted between its server and the Client's browser.

PayPal
Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can make the payment with his account or using a card, even prepaid.

Reason: the Customer must indicate in the reason for the transfer the data relating to the transaction received via email with the order confirmation.

Confirmation of receipt of the order
Once the order has been received, SETTE ETTARI will check the availability of stocks for order fulfillment. In the event that a product is not available, the SETTE ETTARI Customer Service will promptly notify the Customer. The customer can decide whether to confirm the shipment or cancel it. The Customer receives, upon execution of the contract, an email confirming receipt of the purchase order sent. The communication contains a summary of the general and particular conditions applicable to the contract, of the withdrawal, the order number, the summary of the shipping data (and any transport costs) and billing, the list of products ordered with their essential characteristics , their price, the amount paid and the expected delivery date.

Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure. Any delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly highlighted during the purchase procedure. SETTE ETTARI will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped, which will include a link to refer to for tracking the shipment. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered Products will be delivered, in Italy or abroad (on the street level), within a period of 15 (fifteen) working days starting from the day following that in to which the Customer has sent the order to SETTE ETTARI, unless the latter communicates - within the same term - the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods following the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In case of such communication, the Customer will have the possibility to choose one or more alternative products. In the event that the Customer decides not to choose alternative products or to cancel the order, SETTE ETTARI will refund any sums already paid by the Customer within the same time frame.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except in the cases of exclusion provided for in the following letter D. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication to SEVEN HECTARES within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products by sending a registered letter with return receipt, addressed to:

The Seven Hectares Agricultural Company will, once received the communication, open a file for the management of the return and communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the Products, which will take place by courier indicated by SETTE ETTARI.

The right of withdrawal is governed by the following conditions:

A. The law applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the purchased Product.
B. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, SETTE ETTARI will refund the customer the full amount of the returned goods, except for the shipping costs where applicable, which will be borne by the customer, within 14 days from the date on which it was actually received. the return of the goods by SETTE ETTARI.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the latter has expressly requested a different method. In case of bank transfer or cash on delivery, the Customer will be responsible for providing the bank details on which to obtain the refund (account holder, name and address of the Bank and IBAN).

C. Also in order to be able to guarantee the free return pursuant to the following article, the Products must be returned, intact, sealed and without any sign of tampering, in the same box in which they were received.

D. In addition to the cases indicated in the Introduction (customer who is not a consumer and / or who requests an invoice), the right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, for Products that risk deteriorating or expire rapidly and for sealed Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection or that have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above, the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that the Products that "risk deteriorating or expire rapidly" include all food products (including wines, oil, spirits and beverages) as the characteristics and qualities of these types of Products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage. Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and customer protection, the right of withdrawal is applicable only for Products purchased on the Site that can be returned to SETTE ETTARI and that the latter can put them back on the market without endangering the health of consumers.

Defects of conformity
In case of lack of conformity of the Products sold, the Customer must immediately contact SETTE ETTARI at the email address: info@setteettari.net
The legal guarantees provided for in articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement or to a suitable reduction in the price or to terminate the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to SETTE ETTARI within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect.

Mistakes
The information relating to the Products provided through the Site is constantly updated, however it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. SETTE ETTARI reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent, or to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Applicable law and competent court
The sales contract between the customer and SETTE ETTARI is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his municipality of residence or of elective domicile if located in the Italian territory; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Teramo forum.
